Job Description
Branch Service Manager is require to excellent customer service by understanding customers' needs, providing accurate and timely information, resolving enquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Bank's service standards. BSM also require to uphold the Bank's risk and compliance requirements while promoting and referring focus sales products responsibly.
