The opportunity

As Product Manager for Card based Payment Products , you play a vital role in driving the fast-growing payment business of Worldline. Positioned in the Product Line Merchant Acquiring, this transversal role comes with a global responsibility for established brands as well as potential new brands that will enrich our product portfolio.

Your responsibility is to manage the entire lifecycle of these products, ensuring state-of-the-art implementations and exploring new opportunities and features. You will evaluate market needs and industry trends and translate them to detailed business requirements, ensure regulatory compliance and compliance with card scheme partners' rules and requirements. You will coordinate a diverse set of stakeholders including external business partners and internal functions such as Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Assess the market, create value proposition, develop solutions, track revenue
• Define the product roadmap and the corresponding required budget
• Drive investment decisions by developing detailed business cases
• Execute and monitor the budget dedicated to product evolution
• Collaborate with Sales & Product Marketing to design marketing collateral
• Connect and collaborate with key contacts at the card scheme organizations to drive new product implementation and discuss opportunities
• Train and support Sales, Pre-Sales and Operations on your products and product evolutions
• Analyze new scheme fees and interchange rates, determine platform and merchant impact, ensure correct implementation
• Identify performance improvement and cost saving opportunities using data analysis, drive their implementation

Who are we looking for

Skills / experience:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in payment industry, ideally in commercial acquiring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a highly visible organization (English mandatory, further language skills are a plus)
• Skills in data analysis and data-driven decision making, familiarity with data analysis tools and query languages (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL).
• Beneficial: Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
