Role Summary
The Senior Specialist manages and delivers high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other prospect and client-facing content. The role coordinates complex proposal processes, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, ensures accuracy and timely delivery, and supports continuous improvement through innovation and emerging technologies.

Role Summary

The role coordinates complex proposal processes, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, ensures accuracy and timely delivery, and supports continuous improvement through innovation and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other proposal responses, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored, accurate, and compelling written responses.
- Coordinate proposal activities with Sales, Product, Relationship Management, Operations, and subject matter experts.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines through effective project planning, change management, and time management.
- Review content for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and attention to detail.
- Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries and knowledge management resources.
- Engage stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and drive alignment throughout the proposal process.
- Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen team efficiency and proposal quality
- Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, for proposal development and content management.
- Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and team support as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years in relevant experience
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Strong project management capability, including change management, prioritization, and time management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across functional teams.
- Excellent written communication, comprehension, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on content quality, attention to detail, innovation, and process enhancement.
- Proficiency is Word, Excel, Adobe and Microsoft Copilot.
- Project Management: Change management, time management, strategic prioritization, deadline management, organization
- Stakeholder Management: Cross-functional collaboration, influence, and alignment
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy, quality assurance, and risk identification
- Comprehension & Communication: Strong writing skills; ability to interpret RFPs and complex content, communicate with stakeholders
- Innovation: Emerging technologies, AI adoption, and process enhancement
