• We are seeking a Client Segment Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and drive client engagement and conversion initiatives targeting affluent and High Net Worth clients. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted communications, create innovative sales tools/materials to drive distribution channel activities, and orchestrate client events that build relationships and generate and nurture leads. You will need a Bachelor's degree in business, 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience in financial services, excellent communication skills, and strong project management capabilities.

Preferred skills

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)


• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe knowledge is a plus)


• Strong project management skills


• Good organization and analytical skills


• Interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related course


• At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Sales


• Solid experience in the financial services industry


• Experience working with the affluent market

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly client resell and nurturing communications to targeted affluent clients and Distribution channels that aims to convert Upper Affluent clients to High Net Worth clients


• Develop and promote utilization of Sales Distribution Channel tools that will aid to increase affluent clients' consideration and interest via various platforms and activities such as e-direct mails, SMS messages, and advisor spiels


• Develop and implement client engagements and events that will open networking and selling opportunities with affluent and High Net Worth clients


• Implement client and leads nurturing activities that aid to deepen client relationships


• Capture and monitor each activity's results to measure effectiveness of initiatives
