You will serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner, delivering exceptional recruitment experiences while providing market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic hiring guidance to stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing hiring decisions through data and market expertise, and identifying talent across geographically dispersed markets.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume sales and field-based hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements, deliver qualified candidate slates, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process with timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop offer recommendations using market data and compensation guidelines.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience within an RPO, agency, in-house, or shared services environment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, customer-facing, or sales-focused roles.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and consultative partnering skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience recruiting Sales and Commercial talent within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Telecommunications, or other customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
