Who we are looking for



🎯 We are looking for a
Technical Architect to lead the
technical design and implementation of cloud contact center solutions.

In this role, you will be
responsible for defining end-to-end architectures,
integration patterns, and
scalable solutions across CCaaS platforms such as
Amazon Connect or Genesys .




You will guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with business architects and delivery managers to
deliver secure, and high-performing solutions in international projects.




What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in contact center technologies and solution architecture


• Expertise in CCaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, or similar)


• Knowledge of WFM, ticketing systems, and AI integrations


• Strong understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS


• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines)


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills


• Excellent English language skills are a must!

Your future role

• Design end-to-end CCaaS architectures , including integrations with WFM, ticketing systems, CRM, and AI components


• Define integration patterns and scalable solutions across cloud contact center platforms


• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams


• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability standards


• Conduct code reviews and oversee infrastructure-as-code deployments (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)


• Collaborate with business architects, delivery managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements
