What the day will look like

As a Project Manager within the Value Realization Office, you will support the successful delivery of central initiatives across ABS. You will ensure projects generate tangible business outcomes and balanced value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, governance documentation, and reporting.
• Tracking project progress, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs and other metrics to measure business impact and value realization.
• Building positive relationships with collaborators and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Finding opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and overall project efficiency.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Experience managing projects, programs, or portfolios in a complex business environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP) are welcome but not required.
