What the day will look like

• Administration of Pension Schemes for various Ireland clients.
• Involvement in process improvement and stabilization projects.
• Co-operation with the Ireland Client Team and IT Support Team
• Provision of day-to-day administration and support on all work activities and processes related to servicing clients' requests according to agreed procedures
• Quality control, risks, and escalations, dealing with audit results
• Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Fully proficient English - B2+/C1 - because you'll be working closely with colleagues from Ireland
• Strong analytical and numeric skills - required when dealing with large volume of financial data (e.g. inconsistency detection)
• Self motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to deal with stress
• Communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time with high quality and paying strict attention to details
• Ability to take ownership and leadership of complex operational tasks & issues and resolving them successfully, working towards short SLAs
