How you will create an impact:

• Your strong affinity for IT will help us continue our transformation journey from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• You will act as a trusted accounting business partner to the local accounting teams as well as the global divisions and central functions.
• You will support the Group consolidation process under German GAAP (HGB) and actively contribute to its further development.
• You will ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements while coordinating collaboration with external auditors.
• You will prepare results and analyses that are both analytically sound and visually compelling to support management in decision-making.
• Finally, you are characterized by a strong willingness to learn and a passion for actively sharing your knowledge with others.

Your profile:

• A university degree with a focus on Accounting or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Group Accounting or Group Controlling within an international company or a public audit firm.
• Strong communication skills in English, along with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of group financial statements and consolidation processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and, ideally, involvement in a transformation to SAP S/4HANA or other finance transformation projects.
• The ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership of challenging tasks.
• Proven experience coordinating international stakeholders and larger project teams, with the ability to maintain oversight in complex projects.
• Experience developing and enhancing accounting guidelines, policies, and process documentation.
• A passion for optimizing and standardizing processes, combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as solid SAP expertise.
• Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB); familiarity with IFRS is an advantage.
