For Linklaters Warsaw , we are currently recruiting for the Knowledge Systems Data Assistant role.
About the Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the Business Management - Knowledge team , that plays a central role in supporting the firm's legal practice by ensuring lawyers and business professionals have seamless access to high-quality legal knowledge, resources, and information.
As Knowledge Systems Data Assistant you will join our global team responsible for maintaining and improving our knowledge management systems that support our legal professionals worldwide. Collaborating with business management colleagues, lawyers, and knowledge management teams, we ensure high-quality, efficiently managed data and knowledge platforms.

As Knowledge Systems Data Assistant you will join our global team responsible for maintaining and improving our knowledge management systems that support our legal professionals worldwide. Collaborating with business management colleagues, lawyers, and knowledge management teams, we ensure high-quality, efficiently managed data and knowledge platforms.
You will be responsible for
- Supporting the regular operation and maintenance of knowledge systems,
- Uploading new data and conducting audits to ensure data integrity,
- Categorising legal documents for better searchability,
- Implementing quality checks and troubleshooting issues,
- Administering user access rights to safeguard sensitive information,
- Maintaining detailed records of data processes and preparing metrics reports,
- Collaborating with local and global team members.
Apply if you
- Have 1 year of experience supporting knowledge management or data systems in a professional or corporate environment,
- Demonstrate outstanding organisational and data management skills with strong attention to detail,
- Are proficient in SharePoint or similar platforms,
- Communicate clearly in English and enjoy supporting others,
- Value accuracy, integrity, and knowledge sharing,
- Can perform quality checks and system audits,
- Have educational background in administration or data management.
Working hours
- 9:00-17:15 and 10:15-18:30
Location
- Warsaw (hybrid model- 2 days per week at the office)
