Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of innovation initiatives across blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, AI and emerging technologies, from ideation through implementation.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders to define objectives, manage dependencies and drive project outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, issues and governance forums.
• Drive solution discussions with technology teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology delivery.
• Manage scope, change requests and implementation activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and support business readiness, testing and deployment activities.

Person Specification

• 10+ years' project management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
• Experience in blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, digital banking, AI or related innovation initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, technology and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organisations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred.
