Our Trade Services (TRS), a member of our Singapore Administration Department (SGAD), is responsible for handling all trade related transactions which includes checking of documentary credits/collections, invoice financing relating to goods and services, freight financing, trust receipt etc

Job Responsibilities

• Perform printing and sorting of documents
• Perform scanning and uploading of documents
• Execute simple data entry into Trade processing system
• Perform basic office administrative tasks (E.g. signature verification, filing etc.)

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experiences in banking operation, or trade services administration
• Bulk documents checking experiences will be advantage
• Accuracy, attention to detail, meticulous and ability to multitask are attributes that will help the candidate perform successfully in this role.
