This hands-on Assistant Finance Manager position offers an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of fund accounting, investment reporting, and financial operations while working closely with senior stakeholders to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead fund accounting, Net Asset Value (NAV) preparation, and comprehensive cash and position reconciliations
- Own monthly portfolio performance reporting and investment analysis
- Monitor investment performance, portfolio returns, risk metrics, and benchmark comparisons
- Drive process improvements, enhance data integrity, and implement reporting enhancements
- Prepare investor documentation and materials for Investment Committee and Board meetings
- Manage statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, KYC/AML procedures, and annual filings
- Support portfolio monitoring and execute ad-hoc finance and investment operations initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
- 5–7 years of professional experience in fund accounting, investment reporting, or investment operations
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, and alternatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced investment environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Bloomberg terminals or portfolio management systems is advantageous.
