Our client is a growing multi-family office, providing bespoke wealth management, investment advisory, succession planning and family governance solutions to ultra-high-net-worth families. The organisation adopts a client-centric and open-architecture approach, delivering customised solutions across investment management, private markets, estate planning and philanthropic initiatives.
Description
- Support an individual senior client advisor in managing and developing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices
- Coordinate account opening, onboarding, KYC reviews and client documentation processes
- Prepare client meeting materials, portfolio reviews, investment presentations and follow-up actions
- Act as a key contact for day-to-day client servicing enquiries and operational requests
- Liaise with internal investment, compliance, operations and product specialists to ensure seamless execution of client transactions
- Monitor client portfolios and assist with investment implementation, reporting and cash management requirements
- Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and support business development activities across the Philippines and Indonesia markets
Profile
- Degree qualified in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, family office or financial advisory environments
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions and client servicing processes
- Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC and regulatory requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
- Proactive, client-focused and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
