StriveX is representing a leading financial institution in Singapore seeking an experienced investment banking professional to join their team at the Associate Director level. This role offers the opportunity to support high-profile strategic advisory transactions, including M&A, debt capital markets, and equity capital markets mandates. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, and equity capital markets.
2. Prepare high-quality pitch books, information memoranda, marketing materials, and valuation presentations.
3. Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation exercises and transaction analysis.
4. Conduct macroeconomic, industry-specific, and company-specific research to support deal origination and execution.
5. Participate in transaction due diligence, including data room management and client liaison.
6. Assist senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of deliverables.
7. Prepare and deliver client presentations with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
8. Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and support general office functions as needed.
9. Supervise and guide interns assigned to the team from time to time.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
