About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation and onboarding, providing user training and support to ensure a smooth transition and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and remote customer training on equipment and software usage.
• Support the installation and setup of printing equipment and related software.
• Guide customers on daily operations, printing, scanning, and basic workflow processes.
• Provide responsive customer support and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Follow up with customers after installation to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues when required.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Nitec in Business and Administration or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, training, technical support, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in printing, production print, office equipment, or technology products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in customer communication, presentations, and training delivery.
• Basic computer literacy and software knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
