Our client is currently seeking a 6 months contract HR Administrator to join their dynamic team.


The Role


We are seeking an HR Administrator to support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. The role will be responsible for candidate sourcing and shortlisting, conducting screening calls, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting onboarding activities, including planning orientation programmes for new hires. The successful candidate will also assist with HR administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders for payments and managing employee benefits enrolment, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.


Your Profile


The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar HR support role. They should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable handling HR systems and administrative processes, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
