Your new role
• Provide technical support for daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT system, network, and infrastructure issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor and support enterprise network environments, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and VPN technologies.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security permissions while supporting IT audits and compliance requirements.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational shift support to ensure continuous monitoring and availability of critical banking systems.

What you'll need to succeed
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals with hands-on experience in network and infrastructure support.
• Previous experience within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin to support communication with regional stakeholders.
• Self-motivated team player with strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
