Our client is a Singapore-based, MAS-licensed fund management company specializing in tailored private market investment solutions for wealth management clients, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. They are seeking an Operations Manager for their growing team.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Fund Operations & Financial Oversight: Oversee VCC and Cayman Islands fund operations, including fund setup, capital calls, distributions, NAV reviews, year-end audits, bookkeeping, and cash flow monitoring.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Business Administration: Support MAS regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, audit preparation, payroll, HR administration, and financial reporting through external service providers.
3. Third-Party & Service Provider Management: Coordinate with external fund administrators, accountants, auditors, legal counsel, tax agents, corporate secretarial firms, and IT providers.
4. Investor Relations & Investment Execution: Manage investor inquiries, onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and account statements in collaboration with the Investment Team.
5. Investment & Executive Support: Prepare quarterly investor reports, fund fact sheets, and performance updates, while assisting management with investor meetings, internal reporting, and ad hoc operational tasks.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may also be considered.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in fund administration, fund operations, investor services, or wealth management middle- or back-office roles.
3. Familiarity with VCC and Cayman Islands fund structures, accounting fundamentals, payroll processes, and MAS regulatory requirements under the CMS framework.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
5. Strong exposure to AI tools and the ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
