Your New Role
You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while building trusted relationships across clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Working closely with solution, delivery, and bid teams, you'll lead strategic pursuits and help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Drive new business acquisition across targeted enterprise and public sector accounts
Build strong client relationships and uncover opportunities for long-term growth
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure
Collaborate with solutioning, delivery, and bid teams to develop winning proposals
Position differentiated technology solutions that address client business challenges
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting to achieve revenue targets

What You'll Need To Succeed
Proven experience in enterprise technology sales or business development
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new logos
Experience pursuing and closing complex, multi-million-dollar technology opportunities
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and deal management skills
Good understanding of IT services, managed services, cloud, or digital transformation solutions
Well-connected across the Singapore technology and partner ecosystem
