A leading real assets investment platform is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join its growing Data Centre Investments team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate data centre investment opportunities across multiple markets and jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, cash flow forecasting, IRR analysis, and sensitivity testing.
• Prepare investment committee papers, presentations, and supporting underwriting materials.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial due diligence.
• Support portfolio reviews, performance monitoring, and strategic investment analysis.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate investments, infrastructure investments, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Prior exposure to data centres, digital infrastructure, real assets, or alternative investments will be viewed favourably.
