We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher and Designer to join a fast-growing health technology company focused on transforming healthcare through data and digital experiences across Asia. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex user problems, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and driving research-led product design that delivers meaningful outcomes for both users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to understand business goals, user needs, and success metrics.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, workshops, market research, and validation activities to inform design decisions and translate research insights, user feedback, and product objectives into clear, user-centered design solutions.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights, analytics, and behavioral data to continuously improve experiences.
• Participate in discovery activities to uncover customer needs, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities.
• Design end-to-end user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences across digital products.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, scalability, and business requirements when developing solutions.
• Simplify complex healthcare and data-driven workflows into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
• Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency across products, platforms, and touchpoints.
• Support experimentation and innovation through prototyping, testing, and rapid design exploration.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders through workshops, research sessions, and product discovery initiatives.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools responsibly to support ideation, exploration, and design iteration.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX Research and Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end product design execution.
• Experience designing complex digital products, user journeys, workflows, and data-intensive experiences.

• Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and evidence-based design validation.

• Strong capabilities in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools; familiarity with Miro, Storybook, Jira, Confluence, Claude, VS Code, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Good data literacy and comfort working with dashboards, metrics, visualizations, and analytical insights.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design principles, and front-end design considerations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify ambiguity and translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
