Senior Change & Transformation Lead

Start Date: Q4 2026
Contract duration: 12 months+

Required Background

Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes within Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Service
Strong experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, business readiness, and adoption activities
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and business leadership teams
Exposure to platform migrations, integration programmes, operating model changes, or major banking transformations
Strong understanding of both business and technology environments
Experience managing programme governance, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
Ability to translate complex change into clear communications and actionable business outcomes
Consulting, transformation, change management, business analysis, or programme delivery background preferred
Fluent German and English
