This role focuses on developing IT infrastructure solutions for the separation and integration of two businesses following a significant acquisition in the pensions sector. The objective is to align the IT strategy with the acquirer's needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis to create solution options for separating IT infrastructure from the parent company.

• Develop integration plans for merging with the acquiring company's infrastructure.

• Assess requirements for both on-premises and cloud hosting models.

• Evaluate networks, security measures, and end-user computing needs.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and integration.

• Strong knowledge of cloud hosting solutions and on-premises systems.

• Familiarity with network and security architecture.

• Experience in handling technology transitions during company acquisitions.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in IT architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

• Background in life and pensions IT systems.

• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
