What You Will Get To Do:

• Supervise and support a team of associates, providing guidance, training, coaching and constructive performance feedback.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and client instructions, including trades, settlements, transfers and account maintenance.
• Act as a subject matter expert and key escalation point for complex client queries and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Monitor workloads, allocate tasks and manage team priorities to maintain efficient workflows and meet agreed service-level agreements.
• Conduct quality checks, identify and resolve processing errors, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and data-protection standards.
• Identify and support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy and the overall client experience.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Client Services and other teams, while supporting management reporting and analysis of team performance.

What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least three to five years of experience in a financial-services operations role, ideally within an investment platform or investment-administration environment.
• Previous experience supervising, leading or developing a team.
• A strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments and relevant regulatory requirements, including FCA rules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information effectively to clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, together with experience using financial-services systems and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
