Your Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Provide clear and practical legal guidance on employment law issues to clients.


• Legal Proceedings: Assist and represent clients in employment-related litigation and tribunals.


• Document Drafting: Draft a wide range of employment contracts, policies, and other client documentation.


• New Client Engagement: Respond to initial enquiries, explain our services, and make cross-referrals where appropriate.


• Legal Research: Investigate complex issues and propose innovative legal solutions.


• Compliance: Adhere to firm procedures on anti-money laundering, engagement letters, billing, and time recording.


• Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of employment law practices and share knowledge within the team.


• Mentoring: Support and guide junior team members.


• Business Development: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and grow client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and strong experience in employment law. Experience in immigration law or willingness to learn a distinct advantage.


• Expertise: Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.


• Attributes: Strong client service ethic, attention to detail, excellent time management, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Highly flexible and resilient.
