Excellent opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join a market-leading, Band 1 ranked litigation team in Scotland.

Role Profile:

• The team is a highly respected litigation team in Scotland and is market-leading, acting in Scottish, English and international disputes The team has a broad scope, with significant cross-border expertise and deep knowledge of key sectors, including energy, real estate and financial services. The team also specialises in class action, cyber and property disputes.
• The work will be varied and span a broad spectrum of commercial disputes. You will gain both national and international exposure, as well as experience advising at all stages of the dispute resolution process.
• The client list is impressive, numbering many blue-chip international businesses and there is significant client contact throughout the role.

Candidate Requirements:

• Senior Associate/ Associate level lawyer with experience in general commercial litigation/ dispute resolution or with experience in a specialist areas such as those detailed above.
• You should be versatile, comfortable engaging with large flagship clients and have a desire to help drive the practice forward.
• The firm are interested in candidates from both local market and relocators to Scotland.
