The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior corporate lawyer to join a dynamic practice in a key leadership capacity. The successful candidate will work across a full range of corporate transactions, including M&A, spin-outs, venture capital deals, and ongoing company law advisory work. The role involves running transactions from inception to completion, drafting and negotiating key documentation, managing client relationships, and contributing to the team's business development initiatives.
The position also offers significant internal and external visibility, strong partner support, and hybrid working arrangements (up to 50% remote).

What They're Looking For

• 6+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate law
• Proven record of handling M&A and venture capital transactions
• Ability to manage complex corporate projects with minimal supervision
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and leading transaction teams
• Strong commercial acumen and confident client relationship skills
• Track record or interest in business development activities
