Working closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Director, we are looking for people with experience in Purchase Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and other aspects of finance as listed below. Key duties include:

• Processing supplier invoices
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations
• Prepare payment schedules
• Handle supplier queries
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Posting incoming cash and allocating customer receipts to the correct accounts
• Support month-end close activities
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Other duties as required in a busy accounts office environment
