Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Human Resources Summer Internship Program.



You'll get to:



• contribute to projects that shape the employee experience, from career development and internal mobility to reward and wellbeing

• support communications, insights and initiatives that help bring our people priorities to life

• build an understanding of how strategic HR teams partner with the business to drive culture, performance and long-term success




Your team



You'll be working alongside our Human Resources colleagues, located in London. The team touches every aspect of an employee's experience, from recruitment to retirement. We support our people, enable them to perform at their best and make sure they are fairly rewarded, playing an essential part in maintaining our inclusive culture.




Your expertise



We're looking for a candidate who:

• is in the penultimate or final year of their bachelor or master's degree

• is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
