Introduction
Our client is a supplier of critical products and services, and they are looking for an AWS cloud infrastructure engineer.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting key commercial projects. Our client is seeking an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will take the lead on designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, collaborating with expert teams and clients to deliver services that truly matter..
Working Patterns: 3 days per week on site and the rest can be done from home.

Key responsibilities
- Lead on the Planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions
- Design, plan and implement cloud-based solutions, particularly focused on AWS.
- Ensuring that delivery is on time and up to specification.
- Maintaining current IT infrastructure and monitoring system health.
- Ensure all documentation is created and updated for ongoing services
- Able to lead projects, work autonomously and as part of a cross-team function
- Strong Problem-solving mindset.
Skills & experience
- AWS Cloud
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Scripting tools Ansible/AWX, Python, PowerShell, BASH
- Experience with Backup technologies like NetBackup or Veeam
