Abot the role:



Known internally as a Programme Specialist, yo'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-qality recritment and development programmes at scale on a 1 month contract. Working within Partnership Spport, yo'll ensre programmes are exected consistently and effectively, bringing together stakeholders, systems, and insight to create an otstanding participant experience. Yo'll continosly identify opportnities to improve processes, enhance delivery, and drive operational excellence across or Partnership and Field teams.


What yo'll be doing:

Coordinate the planning and delivery of recritment and development programmes across virtal and in-person formats

Manage end to end programme operations, ensring a seamless participant experience from onboarding throgh to completion

Administer platforms and systems to facilitate registration, commnications, schedling, and participant tracking

Deliver virtal learning and engagement activities sing platforms sch as Zoom and Cvent

Maintain accrate data and reporting, ensring compliance with data management reqirements

Coordinate commnications with participants, facilitators, sppliers, and key stakeholders

Monitor bdgets and spport spplier and vendor management activities

Track, analyse, and report on programme performance, engagement, and participant feedback

Identify and implement opportnities to enhance delivery, processes, and participant experience

Spport the delivery of wider talent, recritment, and development initiatives, as well as ad hoc projects as reqired

Essential Criteria:

Experience delivering complex, high-volme programme activity

Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage mltiple workstreams simltaneosly

Confidence in sing data, reporting, and insights to inform decision-making and improve otcomes

Experience sing delegate management or CRM systems (e.g. Cvent, Salesforce or similar)

Desirable Criteria:

Experience in recritment, onboarding, or development programmes

Experience delivering both in-person and virtal programmes

Bdget tracking and spplier management experience

Special Reqirements:



From time to time, the role may involve travel and some flexibility to spport programme delivery.
