Join us as a Leadership Hub Briefing Manager

• You'll be supporting the bank's Leadership Hub, including the CEO, Chair and CFO by providing insightful analysis and briefings to inform stakeholder engagement and decision-making
• It's a high-profile role, which will see you developing a broad network as you work across the Leadership Hub and the business
• Although some of your time will be spent working from home, you'll spend the majority of your time working from our London office to collaborate and connect with colleagues

What you'll do

As a Briefing Manager, you'll be using multiple and complex sources of information and colleague feedback to provide high quality briefings for our CEO, Chair and CFO. We'll look to you to engage with and influence key stakeholders to source inputs and data, and make sure that the best outcomes are delivered for the business.

You'll also:

• Support the CEO, Chair and CFO ahead of key external and internal engagements, providing clear and concise briefing materials
• Work in partnership with our franchises and functions to create written content to support engagements, ensuring senior leaders are aware of existing relationships and opportunities
• Develop and support relationships with key colleagues throughout the bank, including senior executives, to obtain insight and information required to provide excellent briefing materials
• Support the management and delivery of engagement plans, including international and regional visits
• Create briefing materials which are based on sound customer and market insight, identifying discussion topics that drive value
• Use AI to drive simplification of the briefing process, maintaining an up-to-date view of how knowledge and data has been shared from across the bank, and maximising the efficiency of the work
• Coordinate with key stakeholders ahead of quarterly results to ensure high quality and timely content

The skills you'll need

To excel in this role, you'll have strong written, communication and interpersonal skills along with a broad background of working effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority, coupled with strong influencing abilities. We'll expect you to have excellent knowledge of the customer businesses and key services.

You'll also have:

• The ability to provide high-quality written materials
• Solid knowledge of how the bank operates and an understanding of the external landscape it operates
• The ability to work on multiple briefings and business activities to deadlines
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious mindset and the ability to spot opportunities and threats
