We’re recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join an established financial services firm in London.
This is a varied, hands-on opportunity combining day-to-day IT support with involvement in infrastructure and technology projects. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, resolving technical issues and helping keep systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing first-line support across hardware, software and user access.
• Logging, managing and escalating technical issues.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding and equipment setup.
• Carrying out routine system checks and hardware maintenance.
• Assisting with the research, testing and implementation of IT projects.
• Participating in an on-call rota.
We’re looking for:
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications.
• A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills and confidence supporting non-technical colleagues.
• Strong organisation and a proactive, service-focused approach.
