We're working with VisionTrack , one of Europe's leading providers of video telematics and AI-powered fleet technology, as they continue to scale their Solutions Engineering team.

This is an opportunity to step into a customer-facing technical role where you'll work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering , helping design and deliver solutions that genuinely impact customers in the real world.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting customer engagements by understanding technical and operational requirements
• Helping design end-to-end solutions across hardware, platform, and integrations
• Working closely with Sales to support demos, proposals, and technical discussions
• Contributing to RFPs, tenders, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities
• Producing clear solution documentation (configurations, assumptions, risks)
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to feed in customer requirements
• Supporting onboarding and early-stage deployments

What we're looking for

• Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Presales, Applications Engineer or similar role and exposure to the hardware side
• Exposure to hardware from vehicle telematics or camera/video systems
• Comfortable in a customer-facing, consultative environment
• Strong communication skills - able to translate technical concepts clearly
• Organised and detail-focused, with a structured approach to problem-solving

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems (e.g. CAN bus)
• Experience supporting PoCs, pilots, or technical deployments
