The group invests long-term proprietary capital and is actively expanding its presence within founder-led media, content and creator-economy businesses while managing a broader portfolio of established operating companies.

Job Description

Source and originate investment opportunities across media and related sectors.
Build relationships with founders, management teams and intermediaries.
Conduct commercial and financial analysis of prospective investments.
Develop financial models, valuation analyses and investment cases.
Support transaction execution from origination through completion.
Coordinate due diligence processes and external advisors.
Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations.
Monitor portfolio company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
Support portfolio company management teams with strategic initiatives.
Perform valuation, benchmarking and market analysis across investments.
Assist with acquisitions, strategic projects and business reviews.
Prepare management and board-level reporting materials.
Manage multiple concurrent investment and portfolio workstreams.
Work closely with senior leadership on investment strategy and execution.

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of experience within private equity, principal investing, M&A or corporate development.
Exposure to media, content, entertainment, marketing services or creator-economy businesses.
Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience.
Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence and investment analysis.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working directly with founders and management teams.
Understanding of media and digital business models.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of ownership and execution capability.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to or be based in Dubai.
Degree-qualified with a strong academic background.
