About the Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a successful and growing team. This role would suit someone who combines strong technical ability with empathy, professionalism and excellent client care skills. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while building trusted relationships with clients during often sensitive and emotional circumstances.




Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload including:

• Wills


• Probate and estate administration


• Lasting Powers of Attorney


• Court of Protection matters


• Providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Meeting clients both in person and remotely


• Drafting legal documentation accurately and efficiently


• Maintaining excellent file management and regulatory compliance


• Supporting team objectives and departmental targets


• Assisting with networking and business development activity where appropriate

• Qualified Solicitor status with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client work

• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and LPAs


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and file management skills
