Responsibilities
Based in London, the Associate will participate in all transaction functions and portfolio management activities. Responsibilities include:
- Lead deal identification and profiling including detailed financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence;
- Lead deal execution including deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring;
- Monitor asset performance and;
- Assist in reviewing strategic orientations of the portfolio companies.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of investment banking or private equity experience
- Relevant deal experience in energy / industrials or related energy and infrastructure supply chain business services
- Genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Outstanding financial modeling, analytical skills, business valuation, accounting and finance
- Additional European language is a plus but not required

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative;
- Genuine desire to pursue a career in the sector
- Hard-working with strong dedication to the position and company; and
