Job Description
Job Summary
The Product Associate role within Product Development/Management focuses on supporting the execution of product strategies and lifecycle management. This position partners with senior staff to gain experience and develop the discipline required to work independently. Responsibilities include defining requirements, supporting the product roadmap, and contributing to planning and delivery processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and participation in technology initiatives and innovation events.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commitments within defined parameters, focusing on delivery and execution.
- Partner with senior staff to develop independent working skills.
- Support the definition and execution of product roadmaps, including strategy, KPIs, market and competitive analysis, and lifecycle management.
- Write detailed requirements for small-size features with guidance from senior team members.
- Provide reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics to represent product state; define acceptance criteria and prioritize test cases with the test team.
- Participate in technology initiatives and innovation events, contributing to the identification and analysis of innovative products and features.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in supporting product lifecycle management from inception to retirement.
- Experience in writing requirements for product features.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in preparing reports and dashboards for product status.
- Experience in defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing test cases.
- Experience in participating in technology initiatives and innovation events.
- Experience in using project management tools for planning and execution.
- Experience in market and competitive analysis.
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience.
- Experience in contributing to the identification and analysis of innovative products and features.
- Experience in supporting product strategy and roadmap development.
- Experience in collaborating with senior team members for product delivery.
- Experience in preparing presentations and metrics for product planning.
