On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager for a contract 3 month based London, 3 days per week on site.
Join us as a Junior Project Manager
You will support the Senior Learning Specialist in creating innovative, Network-wide training across virtual, in-person, and eLearning formats. Assist with coordinating projects, contributing to instructional design, and collaborating with others to help deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
What you'll do:
- Support projects from inception through to delivery, coordinating project meetings, developing project plans and tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are proactively managed and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning designers and key stakeholders to develop engaging, high-quality training and learning materials.
- Provide guidance, coaching and feedback on instructional design best practices to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Monitor project deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved and outputs meet agreed objectives and quality expectations.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working across multiple teams to support successful project delivery.
- Deliver clear, consistent communication to project teams, production resources and wider stakeholder groups, keeping all parties informed of progress and key milestones.
