Our client is looking for Programme Delivery Consultants to join their Defence and Security clients, with multiple positions available across levels. You'll need proven experience delivering complex, technology-enabled programmes and product within Defence, Security or Justice environments. Active SC or DV clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Working Patterns and location - Hybrid - 3 days on site per week
Key responsibilities
• Lead engineering workforce delivery through product management, Scrum Master and DevOps practices.
• Embed delivery excellence across project, programme and portfolio governance frameworks.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including operating model design and scaled agile delivery.
• Shape and manage PMO functions including RAID, financial controls, planning and data visualisation.
• Design, mobilise and deliver large-scale technology-enabled transformation programmes end to end.
• Manage programme performance across scope, budget, risk, dependencies and outcomes.
• Build and grow client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting bid proposals.
• Contribute to the development of internal propositions, delivery methods and sector thought leadership.
Skills & experience
• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled projects or major programmes in a consulting or industry environment.
• Experience working within Defence, Security or Justice sectors, with strong understanding of the delivery landscape.
• Strong programme governance skills including planning, change management and critical artefact management.
• Commercial awareness across business case development, financial oversight and supplier ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary, fast-paced project environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Active UK SC or DV clearance, or eligibility and willingness to undergo DV.
The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:
• Experience in product management, Scrum Master or DevOps roles within technical delivery teams.
• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks and experience leading agile transformation programmes.
• Background in business analysis or operating model design within government or defence contexts.
• Experience supporting or leading bid and proposal activity within a professional services environment.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM PMQ or SAFe.
