We're looking for a talented Paraplanner who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. Main Responsibilities

• Research and analyse financial planning solutions to support adviser recommendations.
• Prepare compliant suitability reports and client recommendation documents.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
• Support advisers with client meeting preparation and ongoing client reviews.
• Liaise with providers and platforms to gather information and process client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
• Keep abreast of industry, regulatory, and legislative changes.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Paraplanner or Wealth Management role.
• Solid understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes.
• Experience producing suitability reports and conducting technical research.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and compliance awareness.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Working towards, or holding, relevant financial planning qualifications preferred.
