Responsibilities include:

• Create compelling marketing content for fixed annuities, fixed indexed annuities (FIA), and variable annuities
• Translate complex insurance and financial concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable messaging
• Develop B2B and B2C content across multiple channels, including:
  • Websites and landing pages
  • Email campaigns
  • Social media
  • Sales collateral
  • Thought leadership articles
  • Video scripts and voiceovers
  • Presentations and seminars
• Partner closely with product marketing, sales leadership, compliance, and creative teams to develop effective marketing campaigns
• Apply best practices in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content optimization, email marketing, CTA development, and digital engagement
• Create audience-specific messaging that supports advisors, distributors, and consumers throughout the sales journey
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content strategy across all channels
• Leverage AI-powered content and workflow tools to improve efficiency and content performance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
• 7+ years of professional copywriting, content marketing, or marketing communications experience
• 4+ years of experience within insurance, annuities, retirement services, wealth management, or financial services
• Strong understanding of annuity products and retirement income strategies preferred
• Proven ability to write both:
  • Short-form content (emails, digital ads, sales materials)
  • Long-form content (articles, thought leadership, educational content)
• Experience creating content for both financial professionals and end consumers
• Familiarity with AI content tools, content management systems, and marketing technology platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance competing priorities and meet aggressive timelines
• Open to occasional travel
