Real Estate Acquisitions Associate / Senior Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA

A growing real estate investment and operating platform is seeking an Acquisitions Associate / Senior Analyst to join its Philadelphia office. This individual will support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Underwrite and evaluate potential acquisitions
Build financial models and investment analyses
Assist with sourcing and executing transactions
Prepare investment memos and presentations
Conduct market research and due diligence

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in acquisitions, investments, capital markets, or real estate analysis
Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Excellent analytical and communication abilities

Preferred Background

Experience with industrial, land, or commercial real estate investments
Background with an owner/operator, developer, investment firm, or brokerage platform
Philadelphia market knowledge or local ties preferred
