Your new role
You will act as a trusted recruitment partner across the business, supporting hiring managers with recruitment planning, briefing, market insights and end-to-end recruitment delivery.The role will focus heavily on stakeholder management, recruitment process coordination and agency engagement across a broad range of permanent technical and engineering vacancies. You'll work closely with internal leaders and recruitment partners to ensure a seamless hiring experience while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding technical workforce.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong understanding of IT and technical recruitment, including software engineering and technology-focused roles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple levels
- Experience managing recruitment briefs and working collaboratively with external recruitment partners
- Exposure to defence, engineering or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
- Previous experience within a high-growth volume recruitment environment is beneficial
- $75,000 - $98,000 + superannuation
- Immediate start available
- Hybrid working arrangement (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH)
- Opportunity to help shape a growing Talent Acquisition function
- Exposure to innovative technology and engineering projects
