Customer service and admin professional needed in a busy role in Western Sydney.Your new company is a well-known and established organisation in Western Sydney looking to employ a customer services officer.

Your new role will include but will not be limited to:
• Obtain all relevant information to handle customer enquiries• Provide accurate and timely pricing and availability information for products and services• Process orders promptly and accurately in line with company policy and procedures• Ensure any follow-up action for customers is organised to meet deadlines• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective customer service• Handles customer complaints in the first instance and escalates where required• Take telephone and email sales from customers• Enter sales orders into the ERP system• Maintain accurate records• Issue picking slips for orders• Raise credits/claims/returns/faulty requests• Nominate and monitor customer order delivery dates• Make outbound calls to customers• Provide support with any coordination or administration activities

What you'll need to succeed
Similar experience in a high-volume environment attending to customers would be a must. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP would be ideal.
