An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Analyst with a strong data and business intelligence background to join a large-scale transformation program. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring data-driven solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who can comfortably operate across both business and BI domains, translating complex requirements into actionable data and reporting solutions.
Your new role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements
- Translating business needs into data, reporting and BI solutions
- Working closely with technical teams to support the delivery of modern data platform initiatives
- Facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business units
- Supporting data integration activities, including file transfer processes and data flows
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement through data-driven insights
- Contributing to Agile ceremonies and supporting end-to-end project delivery
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
- Experience working with Power BI for reporting, dashboards and analytics
- Exposure to Databricks, data lakes and modern data platforms
- Understanding of data integration, data movement and file transfer processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective BI and data outcomes
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting or analytics initiatives
- Exposure to large-scale data modernisation or platform uplift programs
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
