Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams, helping to deliver AI-enabled and automation-led initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will lead discovery activities, facilitate workshops, analyse business processes and translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable solutions, improve workflows and support the successful delivery of customer communication and automation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading requirements gathering, analysis and documentation activities
- Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities across business workflows
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing complex technical discussions
- Developing user stories, epics, process maps and functional specifications
- Supporting solution design, system integrations and implementation activities
- Contributing to governance, risk management and delivery reporting
- Mentoring team members and championing Agile best practices
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong experience delivering digital transformation, automation or platform initiatives
- Advanced requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar tools
- Exposure to system integrations, APIs, data flows and customer communication platforms
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Exposure to AI, automation platforms will be highly regarded
