Job Purpose

1. Responsible for the development and implementation of business plans, product management and marketing programs for Investment Services products and services.
2. Responsible for driving awareness, acquisition and utilization of the Bank’s Wealth Management (WM) Services through digital channels, and enhancing customer experience & engagement across digital touch points for Retail & Private Banking segments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop business plans to drive Investment Services and relevant products and services to meet business targets for Retail, Private and Business Banking.
2. Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners/ product providers to provide quality products and services to the bank’s customers.
3. Implement and manage effective product management and launch from product due diligence, product provider selection to ongoing review.
4. Launch competitive products, services and promotion, and conduct evaluation & review to meet different market segment needs.
5. Develop and control the quality of customer communication in relation to the products under management.
6. Support the strategic planning for business expansion, including development of new customer segments, niche products, new markets and sales channels.
7. Work with business partners and advertising agencies on above-the-line and below-the-line marketing communication pieces and campaign execution.
8. Actively monitor and manage investment products and services, and keep track of market intelligence.
9. Co-ordinate with sales channels and other departments to facilitate quality sales and after-sales service delivery to customers and to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
10. Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members as required to ensure that they are competent to perform their jobs.
11. Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements

1. Degree holder or equivalent. Major in Finance or Economic related disciplines will be an advantage.
2. Preferably 5-8 years of experience in investment product development and management.
3. Experience in managing investment products and distributing through multi-channels; Solid experience in securities system project management is preferred.
4. Strong business sense and customer driven with analytical mind and ability to meet / exceed business targets assigned
5. Aggressive, innovative and result oriented
6. Strong and proven marketing and communication skills
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
