- Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure system availability and performance.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and virtualisation platforms, including AWS, Azure and VMware.
- Perform system installation, patching, upgrades, monitoring, security hardening and backup management.
- Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, DNS and DHCP.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver infrastructure projects and resolve production issues.
- 3-5+ years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and virtualisation technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Shell, Python or Ansible.
